Being surrounded by colleagues and people who are able to adequately respond to medical emergencies is vital and beneficial to any work environment. Dr. Reham Kotob and Dr. Manjush Karthika held a First Aid Workshop for KIC faculty and staff to raise awareness about common medical emergency situations. Participants learned critical do’s and don’ts and were instructed on appropriate response when dealing with cases that include but are not limited to burns, epilepsy, choking, fractures, CPR, shocks, and other first aid challenges.
