KIC has signed an MoU with Al Arabia Public Relations Agency, a member of the Egyptian Publishers Association, in the field of scientific publishing, consulting, and training.
The importance of the agreement is twofold. Essentially it enables KIC faculty to participate in publishing their research and books in the scientific publications issued by the agency. It also enables the training of college students by offering many specialized programs in the field of media and public relations offered by the agency.
Dr. Hatem Atif, CEO of the Al Arabia Public Relations Agency, commended KIC’s attention to the scientific and training aspects of students that aim at enriching their practical skills and preparing them professionally to compete in the labor market, within the framework of the college’s community participation with profit and non-profit institutions.
The signing of the agreement was witnessed by Dr. Mohamed Rashad, KIC Head of Mass Communication department, in addition to a number of faculty members. Dr. Rashad noted that this agreement reflects the vision of the Mass Communication department of cooperating with external institutions to hone students’ skills and provide them with more diverse training experiences at the hands of the most prominent specialists in the field of public relations internationally.
