- Staff and faculty are encouraged to declare their health status (if any) with the clinic to assist the clinic in making adequate provisions in cases of emergency.
- Always use a face mask.
- Adhere to social distancing norms (minimum 2 meters)
- The use of water dispensers is discontinued until the measures are relaxed.
- CCTV will be used to monitor the campus and ensure compliance of protocols.

The HSE department has also introduced Emergency Contingency plans that are crucial to the operational activities on campus to safeguard staff, faculty and visitors during emergencies. An emergency response team, trained on basic firefighting and first aid, has been put together to supervise emergency plans and ensure all occupants in the building are safely evacuated during an emergency.
As fighting COVID-19 is a common cause, staff and faculty members are encouraged to approach and correct anyone not complying with the guidelines or inform the HSE officer or security at any instance.
