Students Attend workshop on ITIL

KIC IT department conducted a workshop that introduced the students to IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

The workshop was led by Mr. Samer Rihawi, KIC Lecturer, IT Department. ITIL is a set of details of IT activities that focus on aligning IT service with the needs of the business. In this workshop, the students learned about the difference between good practices and best practices in IT service management as well as the procedures, processes, and tasks that can be applied by an organization toward strategy, delivering values, and maintaining a minimum level of competency. The students learned about the different phases in the ITIL lifecycle.

Fifteen students attended the workshop and reported high levels of satisfaction in terms of learned concepts, workshop structure, and in-class engagement.
