Research Overview
For organizations, the effective performance of employees in the workplace is necessary as it determines the overall performance of the business. A healthy and strong employee relationship is deemed as an effective tool that puts a positive impact on the performance of employees.

This study is conducted in Tawam Hospital to understand the management practices to improve employee relations and how they impact the overall performance of employees in the workplace. This study sheds light on qualitative research design and structured interviews are conducted to collect data from the management of Tawam Hospital.

The results of this study show that there is a strong relationship between employee relationships and performance and firms should focus on the improvement of employee relations in the organization.
